Besides taking advantage of our highly automated insurance certificate tracking service, we listened to our Clients needs and developed a web based contract archiving feature that provides access to contracts 24/7.

This feature was conceived in response to the increasing use of "blanket" insurance endorsements, which only apply "where required by contract." Consequently, both the endorsement and the contract requiring such endorsement must be accessible to trigger indemnity or defense, or to grant certain waiver of subrogation rights under a policy. A missing contract can be a missed opportunity to effectively transfer the risk of a claim.
