Rick Lopez
CEO, CTO, President & Founder
For the past ten years, Rick Lopez has been involved in providing essential risk transfer services to organizations across the United States. Mr. Lopez has evolved certificate of insurance tracking and management from a cumbersome administrative process to a streamlined, risk management-driven service.
From the start, Mr. Lopez had a vision to help organizations mitigate risk and reduce their insurance premiums by implementing an effective risk transfer program. Incorporating his prior experience in building complex e-commerce websites for the skincare industry, Mr. Lopez brought the technical knowledge required to develop and implement a sophisticated software program. Today, the ITS system currently handles the tracking of nearly 500,000 certificates of insurance and approximately 9,000+ web users.
Mr. Lopez has appeared as a guest speaker at West Coast Casualty's Insurance Conference held at The Ronald Reagan Library in November of 2006. In March of 2007, B&D Magazine published a two page article about Mr. Lopez and ITS, the company he founded in February of 2004, after working in the insurance industry for nearly six years.
Sherry Lynne, CIC
Risk Management Consultant
With over 30 years in the property and casualty insurance industry, Ms. Lynne's expertise comes in risk management. She is personally involved in training ITS staff on all aspects of the clients' insurance requirements and is responsible for implementing procedures to address each client's needs. In addition, Ms. Lynne oversees all of the company's outside legal counsel, financial advisors and serves as the Chief Administrator of the ITS Disaster Recovery Plan.
Michael E. Palacios, CRIS
Senior Account Manager, Vice President
Mr. Palacios has been with ITS since 2004. For the past four years, he has served as Senior Account Manager for some of our largest clients, including publicly traded companies.
As a licensed fire and casualty insurance professional, Mr. Palacios has the requisite insurance knowledge to facilitate compliance with the most complex insurance requirements. Mr. Palacios works directly with the clients' staff, their valued based of customers, vendors and their insurance brokers to communicate insurance deficiencies and assist in establishing compliance with the insurance requirements.
